Ice
LEVEL 1
SOLIDIFY LIQUIDS:
For when you want an impromptu popsicle! By imbuing a liquid with Ice magic, you can freeze it by lowering its temperature to its freezing point. Note that liquids with a higher freezing point take longer to solidify; additionally the solid can still be melted as this freeze is not permanent.
Uses of this ability include:
Making popsicles (or watersicles, if you’re into that)
Ice creation (typically done by ice magic teachers as a demonstration)
Freezing a small body of water to traverse it
SKILL LEVEL 1: By the Bucketload
Can solidify at most a small bucket’s worth of liquid.
SKILL LEVEL 2: By the Gallon
Can now solidify at most a gallon’s worth of liquid.
SKILL LEVEL 3: By the Pool-load
Can now solidify at most a sizable pool’s worth of liquid.
ICE GRIP:
A staple among ice climbers and hikers! To use this ability focus Ice magic through your paws and place them onto an icy surface. You should stick, your body treating the ice as if it were solid ground. This sacrifices any ability to slide around though (no faux ice skating), and it also does not negate your weight. If you’re standing on thin ice, it will still break if you’re too heavy.
Uses of this ability include:
Easier travel through frozen wastes
Ice climbing
SKILL LEVEL 1: Sticky Steps
Can only stick to flat surfaces only.
SKILL LEVEL 2: Stabilizer
Can now also stick to uneven surfaces.
SKILL LEVEL 3: Climber
Can now stick to any icy/cold surface.
REDUCE TEMPERATURE:
Similar to the Fire ability, Increase Temperature. By spreading Ice magic throughout your body, you can chill your very core. Successful use of this ability is usually accompanied by a soft blue-glow emitting from the user’s body. This chill always feels comfortable and breezy to the user, but to others, they will feel as cold as your skill level dictates.
Uses of this ability include:
Cooling off on a hot summer’s day
Making daytime travel through the desert tolerable
Ward off attackers
SKILL LEVEL 1: Frosty Freezer
Can only decrease temperature to that of a kitchen freezer (about 0° F or 18° C).
SKILL LEVEL 2: Numbing Taiga
Can now decrease temperature to that of a taiga biome during winter (about -4° F or -20° C).
SKILL LVEEL 3: Tundra Temperature
Can now decrease temperature to that of a tundra biome during winter (about -30° F or -34.4° C).

Your work with Ice magic has chilled your inner being, giving you a naturally frigid air. Talk about giving the cold shoulder!
